Nickname: The Blue Flower of the Moon, The Cat in the Moonlight, Lady of Halves, Frost
*Age: Appears to be 27 but is 713
*Gender: Female
Weapons: Thanks to the ability of crystal manipulation granted by her Zanpakutō, Tansei is able to create small cards or simple throwing daggers or needles that she can also use as a weapon or a shield.
*Number: Fraccion to Segunda #13
*Personality: Tansei is a Cold, Thoughtful, She doesn't trust easily, Loyal, Withdrawn, Patient, Shy person, she also has childlike innocence at times. She's kind to all she comes across no matter what their race. However she has an extremely explosive temper that is displayed in her sudden burst of rage and sudden assault on anyone that she see's that enjoy causing others misery for their own pleasure. However, this is just what she shows to the world around her. In truth, she is a shy woman that is often withdrawn and keeps to herself as she isn't quite sure about who to trust and as such she often guards herself with cold or cruel remarks to keep others at a distance for fear she would get cause anyone that got too close to her great harm. However she is known to often do strange things on a whim for little or no reason, be that reason something she simply wishes to do or something she does without thought as to why.
*Physical Appearance: Image One. Image Two. Tansei is a busty beauty of a woman who stands around 5ft 1/150cm and is 110lbs/50kg. She has long straight hair that reaches down to her knees in long silken strands. Her eyes are a pale icy shade of blue that is almost silver in color that can make others nervous when under her gaze. She also has lips that appear to be colored the same shade of blue as her hair instead of a natural pink. Along with this strange traits to her features, she also has pale skin that is a softer shade compared to most in it's hue that when under the direct moonlight of Los Nochos you will find upon close inspection that it appears she holds a mother of pearl sheen to her skin that is barely discernible unless beneath a source of light such as the moon hanging above in the sky of the Arrancar's home. Due to these strange physical traits she often is seen wearing a hooded cloak she made that covers her eyes and body. She also has strong long nails that are tinted the same shades of blue of her hair and lips. [Note: Her physical appearance without her cloak may cause Aggression, Fear, Curiosity, Lust, Obedience or Loyalty towards herself]
*Bio: Tansei has little memory of her past or how she managed to arrive in Las Noches. She is rather strange when it comes to her interactions with others as she is quite neutral with her interactions and does not attack unless she feels she needs to defend herself and for all her love of blood she dislikes fighting. Her guarded nature of letting others know of her own private thoughts or feelings has caused her to come to think that perhaps it relates to the only memory she has of her former existence, the image of a Yin and Yang symbol. Her voice can be related to that of lightly falling snow or flowers falling from the trees as it is soft and quiet in nature. As she traveled the vast white sandy wastelands that she called her home she eventually encountered another Arrancar on several instances. This one appeared to be constantly fighting whenever she came across him on these few occasions and derived a kind of pleasure in fighting onto the point it almost appeared to be a kind of frenzied viciousness. One day she had been wandering and was targeted by a Vasto Lordes, she fought as best she could to prevent her demise but was overpowered when suddenly it caught fire and was incinerated. She lifted her blade and pointed the tip towards the Arrancar that she had seen on occasion and wondered if he was going to finish her off. He walked over to her as she held her blade, the tip aimed at his heart when he spoke to her. He held a strange look upon his face as he looked down at her. "You...what...are you?" he asked in confusion. It appeared she held some kind of calming effect on him. She then lowered her blade as it appeared as though he was not there to attack her. He then turned away, his back to her before speaking again. "Get up...your coming with me...you will serve me from this day on" he instructed before he walked away. She did as she was bid in silence and from that day onward she has faithfully followed him as his fraccion.

Zanpakutō

*Name: Diosa de la Luna
*Sealed form: Diosa de la Luna appears to be your typical katana type Zanpakutō. It's case is adorned with a pattern of ribbons as well as the moon and stars. The blade has a single sharp edge that could cut through most substances. The cross guard of her blade holds the same patterns as that of the sheath with a silken blue ribbon grip around the base. Although it appears in the form of a katana like blade, it is actually extremely light, extremely strong and is not actually used for slashing type attacks despite the shape of the blade. It is in fact wielded more akin to how a rapier is wielded. It's slashing ability although quite good is only used on lesser and much weaker opponents to conserve energy to it's weilder.
*Resurrección: Resurrección: Achieved In her Resurrección form, Tansei's apperance can be likened to someone who has a split personality. She becomes a cold and cruel creature with a sadistic pleasure for the taste of blood. She gains a pair of large cat like ears atop her head and her nails and fingers become skeletal in appearance as well as her lips taking on a blood stained color as though she had drunk the blood of thousands and let it dry upon her soft and delicate lips. Her hair changes to a midnight hue and her eyes become silver with a faint glow to them when viewed in complete darkness. When she takes this form it improves speed and power to enhance offensive capabilities to concentrate on hitting the enemy with numerous attacks while slowing their own resulting in a build up of damage sustained over a short period of time. Attacks from a distance are more pronounced in this form. Increase in speed offers almost teleportation like Sonido, Cero, Gran Rey Cero and Bala take on the shape of a roaring tiger's head. Ground becomes solidified crystal within a 5m/16.4ft radius that produces a chilling mist.
Diosa de la Luna Unsealed is also a different sight to behold in turn. The blade becomes thin as well as double sided as it takes on the shape of a rapier. The cross guard in turn is also more like a few strategically places curved pieces of metal that guard and encompass the hand for protection. The ribbon with it's trinket that was attached to the base of the blade's handle is no longer there however it appears to have gained a small pair of wings at the hilt of the blade before the cross guard as the sheath appears to be a kind of pearl hued moonstone. Both blade and sheath appear to be more ornate than useful however it is far from the case with this blade which appears to hold a strange and pale glow of it's own as if it were being reflected off some other source.

Any abilities/techniques:
Crystal Manipulation: Allows for the creation or destruction of crystals and precious gems.
Moonfall: Creates a large number Bala that fall to the earth like a rain of comets, holds a slight homing effect. This form of Bala is much denser than that of Starfall ability producing a larger impact and more damage.
Silver Fog: Creates a fog that can chill enemies to the bone in a particular area. The user is unaffected and can allow for an easier chance of escape and avoidance of battle as it numbs an opponent that is unprepared for it's chill. Can also encase those limbs in a thick layer of crystal and ice.
Petal Dance: A dance like set of movements that creates petals from crystals. The petals are as thin as rice paper and sharp as the keenest of blades. This ability is used and can combining the elemental properties of the individual adds an elemental affinity to the attack. When used, the petals cut the opponent severely with the touch of their edge.
