[S] Squad 2 Barracks

Located near the Sōkyoku Hill The Barracks stand 3 stories High 1st floor that of the squad 2 members 2nd floor the training facility for the members as well as their rooms 3rd floor the offices of both the Captain and Lieutenant

Waking from the mess of papers on his desk Hiro looks left and right then to his desk, with a light yawn he gazed to the clock with a weary gaze he yawns intensely. Hiro would rise from his seat and bring his hand to caress the back of his silver locks before walking towards the window.

"ahh! i slept through the day!, what pain and here i thought it was only an hour..head captain isnt gonna like this.."

walking back to his desk he quickly grabs the mass of paper work from the desk and begins to arrange them from the complete sheets to the incomplete to the not even done ones, once done he picks up his quill pin dipping the pointed stem into the black ink. Hiro hated incomplete and unfinished work he saw it as a failed task with no excuse, bringing the quill to the paper he started back at his writing the gentle strokes of his fingers become quick and stable as he glides through the paper with ease. At the moment he dips the quill back in to the ink he sees he has went through 4 sheets of paper work, taking a inhale the chilling breeze filled his lungs to a max capacity before he began to let the air out of his mouth in a soft sigh.

"i wonder when some action will come to this hell hole..ah! this is such a pain!..now i'm so bored i'm beginning to talk to myself..crap

once he stops the words from his mouth he looks to find he was now finished with 8 sheets, a smile took form on his face as he knew he'd be done in no time flat. Hiro decided to stop and sit back for a bit. he let the quill pen fall back into the ink holder, letting his body relax he gazed to the window with a suddle gaze of calmness.

'Oh man, oh man, oh man...'

Trying not to make a sound, Hitomi tiptoed through the corridor of the third floor. She had noticed her captain sleeping earlier and had set her mind to waking him up after an hour, a task that she knew had failed to be completed by the fact that the sun had gone from the sky. She cursed herself for getting carried away when trying the find "the perfect flower" for her hair, being much too picky to find the large lavender hibiscus that was now displayed beatifully in her hair. Now she figured it would be a good idea to make sure he wasn't still sleeping and if he was something would had to be done about the stack of paperwork she'd also noticed.

Reaching Hiro's door, slid it open just a crack. Leaning forward, she peeked in through the space, her eyes looking around the room until she spotted the man. He was leaning back in the chair and from where she stood it seemed he was still asleep and she softly stomped her foot soundlessly. Honestsly she hoped he would have been up, always disliking paperwork with a deep burning passion. It was one thing she always disliked helping with despite her nature of helping people.

'Oh mannnnnnn...'

As the thought dragged out in her mind Hitomi let out a soft sigh and her face took on a visible pout. She slid the door open the rest of the way, walking in with a slouch. When she looked again though, hitomi noticed her captain was awake and instantly staightened up, mentally jumping for joy.

"Oh you're up. Good" She bowed down as a greeting with a bright smile. When she straightened up once more the light blonde bangs of her bob shifted into her left eye as it often did. At the same time she began to slowly take step by step back to the door as she eyed the still unfinished paperwork. She wouldn't willing offer to help but if asked she couldn't deny and not only because Hiro was her surperior.

catching the presences of His Lieutenant and nods going to the stack of papers he obviously knew this wasn't his office, he gathered most of the unfinished papers and reached out to hand them to his Lieutenant, he didn't feel like doing most of them and found it rather handy at the moment to have his Lieutenant here to do the work he felt needed to be taken quicken care of. Hiro would wait for her to accept the papers before he could gather the rest of the papers on the small table to his right.

"Here, i want you to finish these documents and return them to me. I'll finish the other ones. the head Captain wants these documents to be finished before sunrise tomorrow"

The moment she saw her captain reach for the papers she knew she was doomed. That jump for joy in her head was now turning into a complete ninty degree slouch with dragging arms. Hitomi didn't speak out when the documents were handed to her though her grip on them was a bit tight as she fought the urge to rip them down the middle, burn them, and scatter their ashes over all of Seretei and then claim that she had just turned them in early then wait for the Head Captain to scold her own captain for not turning it all in. At that point in time she'd be sure to hide for a month and a half.
Of course that plan was just wishful thinking.

"Oh, no problem. I'll get these done in no time" She managed to speak through clenched teeth that were showing in a smile far too big to not be forced. Averting her gaze she could feel her brow twitching as she fought back that urge to scowl.

'All of this...by sunrise...?' Hitomi thought to herself with a feeling of dread settling in her stomach. Oh yes, she definately should have come and woke him up earlier and split when she had the chance.

"Is there anything else you would like me to do, Captain?" She almost dared not ask the question and risk getting even less time to finish the paperwork and being scolded for the lack of quality she'd be able to put it. Though even with the time she had now her best work would be bordering on the line of acceptable just due to her pure hearted distaste.

"not a thing..now carry on."

with that he gathers his set of papers and heads to the stare-way, while heading towards the stairs he closes his eyes out of boredom, the suddle thumps of his feet against the hard wood floor. Hiro then turns up to the second floor hiro would come to a stop letting his right hand grip his hilt with a soft whisper he speaks to his zanpakuto.

"the soul society has gotten so boring..not much is needed of soul reapers anymore huh."

with that said he starts back walking, his silver locks swayed with his left to right movement, passing the other members they would salute with respect, but never acknowledged for Hiro had his mind on other things. he felt as if he should head off without the head captain's permission. it wouldn't be the first time he did such a thing but its been years,but he didnt care this much boredom is something he wouldn't tolerate. Once he looks upwards from the paper and train of thought he finds himself on the third floor steps, walking the rest of the way he comes to the third floor where its only two rooms, heading towards his office the sun shining brightly through the window within the hall, he turned to grip the cold black doorknob giving it a twist clockwise he pushes it open. entering the room he closes the door behind him giving the lock a slight turn until the click sounds signals its locked.

"Yes captain..." She muttered quietly, making a face as soon as his back was to her. As she heard his footsteps fade further up the stairs she completely let herself go. Hitomi stomped loudly on the floor, throwing her arms up in a fit but not letting go of the papers she had been assigned to finish.

"What a painnnnnnn...!" she whined out when her fit began to die out. Instead she settled on wearing a deep pouting look that could have gotten her anything when she was younger.

Hitomi turned on her heels, taking small slow steps toward the stairs to head up to her office to do what must be done. The whole time she was glaring at the documents like they were the cause of all evil in the world. It was childish to whine and get upset over the simple task of doing paperwork but that was just who she was.

Each time she stepped up onto a different stair her pace slowed and she slouched forward more little by little. Reaching the third floor she huffed, causing soft blonde bangs to fly up momentarily before falling back to its place over her left eye. Straightening up again she walked the rest of the way to her office, mentally sending daggers to the locked door of her captain before entering and closing to door behind her with an all but soft slam, wanting to make sure Hiro heard the distaste she wouldn't speak out loud.
